Green salad with apples and goat’s cheese

Ingredients for 4:
1 bag of salad (mixed green leaves)
extra-virgin olive oil (preferably Garda Trentino)
1 Melinda Golden Delicious apple
Melinda apple cider vinegar
1 pot of fresh goat’s cheese spread

Put 6 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil into a bowl with a dessertspoon of apple cider vinegar and a pinch of salt.

Arrange salad leaves in four large deep plates, placing a small ball of the cheese spread and a few apple slices on top. Cover with more salad leaves and a few apple slices. Use a fork or a small whisk to blend the dressing, then drizzle it over the dishes.
