Pinova

Melinda. The most Pinova of all the Pinovas.

Balanced like a Golden, satisfying like a dessert.

Its shades of colour look  like brushstrokes by Paul Cézanne. Beyond its beauty, the Pinova Melinda is also quite good. It comes from the combination of the Golden Delicious and Clivia varieties (very sweet and rich in natural sugars) and is an ideal apple for health enthusiasts because it contains important nutrients, minerals and trace elements, and at the same time gives great pleasure to sweet-tooths of all ages.

APPEARANCE

Yellow tending to green with a red-orange colour that distinguishes it from all other apples. Tapered and pointed shape towards the bottom.

FLAVOUR

Sweet and rich. High sugar and acid content.

PULP

Compact, juicy and crunchy, it's one of a kind for its rich aromas.

HOW TO ENJOY THEM

It is excellent raw, with the skin (just rinse it under water) or without.
Thanks to its low calorie content and its digestive properties, you can eat it at any time of day: at breakfast, at the end of a meal or as a snack. It is also perfect in sweets and fruit-based desserts.

If you want to savour it in all its fragrance, we suggest eating it preferably within seven days of purchase.

HOW TO STORE PINOVA MELINDAS

After bringing them home, place them in the fruit and vegetable compartment of your fridge (ideal temperature 3-4 °C) for the shortest amount of time, and remove no more than two hours before eating them. Avoid storing them at room temperature for several days.
