Beautiful and young, Evelina Melinda is the divine apple.

If Eve were to offer Adam an apple today, she would certainly choose an Evelina Melinda, not only because it resembles her name, but because of its particularly attractive appearance and surprising flavour of a freshly picked apple. This is because the freshness, juiciness and crunchiness of Evelina Melinda's pulp remains unaltered from time it is picked until the end of its long storage period. Evelina Melinda is also this beautiful and good because it comes directly from that paradise that is Val di Non, in Trentino Alto Adige.

APPEARANCE

Colour between bright orange and lively red . Elongated, round and regular shape. Smooth skin, with barely visible, well-distributed spots.

FLAVOUR

Sweet and extraordinarily fulfilling thanks to its perfect balance of sweetness, aromas and sourness.

PULP

Cream colour. Always compact, crunchy and juicy. It is quite rich in natural acids, which gives this apple variety an amazing flavour: pleasantly tart and therefore very fresh on the palate.

HOW TO ENJOY THEM

Evelina Melinda is excellent raw, with the skin (just rinse it under water) or without.
Thanks to its low calorie content and its digestive properties, you can eat it at any time of day: at breakfast, at the end of a meal or as a snack. It's also perfect in fruit salads and fruit decorations.

If you want to savour it in all its fragrance, we suggest eating it preferably within seven days of purchase.

HOW TO STORE EVELINA MELINDAS

After bringing them home, place them in the fruit and vegetable compartment of your fridge (ideal temperature 3-4 °C) for the shortest amount of time, and remove no more than two hours before eating them. Avoid storing them at room temperature for several days.
